If you're looking for a fun, modern family photographer in the San Diego area, you've got to check out Christine Dammann Photography.

When Christine and I initially chatted about her business and her desire for professional branding that still felt like her, the words "mid-century modern" came up, and she was like - YES - and it was the perfect jumping off point for the work we'd do together, creating a visual identity for her photography business that was fun, bright, & modern.

With a desire to merge that mid-century modern aesthetic with a little San Diego local flavor, we created a color palette that fit her to a T, as well as the focal point for all of her branding - a mid-century modern sunburst that spoke of her love of that style, as well as her sunny San Diego location.

When it came time to turn our attention to her website, she was well overdue for a website that spoke to her expertise and professionalism. We wanted to keep that light, bright, fun feeling here as well, and so we went with a one page scrolling site, with fun pops of color, that iconic sunburst graphic, and strong call to actions.

Her new look is so her, and it truly speaks to her aesthetic, her easy way of relating to clients, and her San Diego style.

And most importantly, it's as functional as it is beautiful, with a very specific website structure we thoughtfully designed to move clients through her website with minimal effort, making the whole process as easy-breezy as her sessions are.

the experience in Christine's words:

"I've been getting so many compliments on my website and it's definitely helping me book clients. I received this in an email a couple of days ago and I had to share. I saw an inquiry for a session come through honey book, I didn't respond to the honey book thread but then received an email via my website from the same person. I responded with my typical informational email and after a couple of days she said: After looking at tons of photographers in the area, we keep coming back to you- we love your photos and website.

I'm sure they got responses from a ton of people, some I'm sure charge less than I do. But she loved my photos - AND WEBSITE! THANK YOU! I know, without a doubt the look, feel, and ease of my new site is helping me book clients who value photography, and aren't afraid to pay for a great photography experience.

You are extremely talented, easy to work with, and I appreciated that you also made me feel heard when I gave feedback or contributed my own ideas. You were so gracious when I needed more time, or asked for changes, and overall you are just amazing to work with!

Thank you so so SO much for going above and beyond. Hiring you was one of the best investments I've ever made for my business!"
